How information is used and handled across the Sunagaku website and Labs.

Brand Check
Brand Check sends the post, purpose and optional context to the selected provider: OpenAI for Decisions and TypeSafe AI for Jev. Comparing both sends the input to both providers.
This feature does not save your posts or results to site history, databases or application logs. Previous results remain only in browser memory until reload. Rate limiting temporarily processes hashed network identifiers and counts. Provider processing and retention follow their respective policies.
Published comparison reports use separate synthetic examples. Your submitted posts are not automatically published in these reports.
Scope and purposes
Sunagaku handles the information described below to provide this website and Labs, prevent abuse, and respond to inquiries. External websites have their own privacy policies.
Input to diagnostic tools
X Buzz Check, KANOJO CHECK, CANDY TUNE Oshi Finder, Murinandai CHECK, and Wedding Ring Brand Finder send your text or selected answers to our server when you run an analysis, to produce the requested result. Text is not continuously sent as you type.
We send input text or selected answers to the TypeSafe AI API for analysis. TypeSafe AI hosts its services in the United States, so processing occurs outside Japan. Its policy below explains its handling and retention practices. Not storing inputs other than voluntary contributions on our site does not mean that an external provider retains no data.
Please leave out personal information unnecessary for the analysis and confidential information belonging to others.
Diagnostic data storage
Running these five tools alone does not save input text or selected answers. Information you voluntarily submit with consent from a results screen is stored as described below. Answers are not written to application logs.
X Buzz Check temporarily stores numeric scores, classifications, and similar result data, without the original text, with a validity period of 10 minutes to avoid duplicate processing. Expired data is deleted by scheduled cleanup or a subsequent request. KANOJO CHECK, CANDY TUNE Oshi Finder, Murinandai CHECK, and Wedding Ring Brand Finder do not store results in this way.
Voluntary contributions for improvement
From the results screens of X Buzz Check, KANOJO CHECK, CANDY TUNE Oshi Finder, and Murinandai CHECK, you may voluntarily submit a rating, a comment of up to 500 characters, and/or your diagnostic answers. Attaching answers is off by default. Only content you explicitly agree to submit is saved in Cloudflare D1. Participation is not required to use the tools.
Records contain the tool, consent scopes and wording version, receipt number and timestamps, and the answers, rating or comment you chose to provide. Answers are limited to the KANOJO CHECK and X Buzz Check input text, CANDY TUNE selections and notes, or Murinandai CHECK’s subject, submitted follow-up answers and completed stage. Diagnostic results, raw IP addresses, cookies and browser identifiers are not stored in these records. Free text can still contain personal information and is not treated as anonymized. Please omit unnecessary personal information and information about others.
Only the operator reviews contributions to improve diagnostic questions, explanations and usability. They are not publicly listed, used for advertising tracking, sent for additional AI processing or supplied for model training. Ordinary access ends 90 days after receipt; hourly cleanup then removes expired records. Outages may delay deletion, so cleanup status is monitored and problems are addressed.
To request deletion, retain your receipt number and contact us below. We keep only deleted receipt numbers until the later of the original expiry or 31 days after deletion, to prevent retries from restoring the content. Without a receipt number we may be unable to locate the record. A restricted deletion log containing the receipt number, time, operator and reason is retained for at least 31 days to reapply deletions after recovery.
After removal from the active database, Cloudflare recovery history may retain data for up to 7 or 30 days depending on the plan. After recovery, deleted and expired content is removed again before use resumes.
Cookies and abuse prevention
X Buzz Check uses a necessary cookie named xpost_session to manage usage limits. It expires 14 days after issuance and contains no input text. You can delete or disable cookies in your browser, but this may prevent the tool from working correctly.
The five tools and voluntary submission endpoint use identifiers derived from IP addresses or other identifiers using a secret key, along with request times and counts, in their usage-limit databases instead of storing raw IP addresses there. X Buzz Check uses a one-minute window and daily counters for the current day in Japan, then deletes expired records. KANOJO CHECK, CANDY TUNE Oshi Finder, Murinandai CHECK, Wedding Ring Brand Finder, and voluntary submissions use one-minute request records and daily counts for each tool, removing old records through cleanup.
Site delivery and external services
Cloudflare provides site delivery and protection. It processes communication data such as IP addresses, access times, requested URLs, and browser information. This is separate from storage in the diagnostic databases.
The site uses Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to retrieve fonts, sending communication information such as your IP address.
CANDY TUNE Oshi Finder results embed the selected member's official X post and YouTube video. When displayed, your browser connects to those services and sends communication information such as your IP address and browser details. Those services may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not pass your diagnostic text or selected answers to these embeds.
After you open an advertisement or external link, the destination service's practices apply. External providers may process information outside Japan.
Inquiries and information management
When you contact us by email or another channel, we use the name, email address, message, and other information you provide to respond and communicate as needed. We aim not to retain personal information beyond what is needed to handle the inquiry or comply with law.
We apply measures such as access restrictions to help prevent leaks and misuse. We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except for service providers needed to deliver the service or as permitted by law.
For requests about access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information, please contact us below. We may verify your identity and will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Policy changes
We will update this page and its date when the service or its data handling changes. We will announce significant changes on the site and obtain separate consent where required by law.
